Masouna Kochaji

Grants and Programs Associate

Masouna Kochaji is the Grants and Programs Associate at the El-Hibri Foundation (EHF), where she serves our grantee partner communities through the grantmaking process and by supporting EHF programs and events. Previously, Masouna worked at Islamic Relief USA as the National Volunteer Resource Coordinator where she facilitated volunteers from across the country on projects related to disaster relief, food insecurity, orphan support and other safety net programs. Masouna also held multiple other roles at IRUSA in both the Communications and Fundraising Departments. She previously worked in higher education as the Communications Coordinator at the Office of Community Engaged Academic Learning (CEAL), where she helped staff and students gain access to educational resources to create more diverse learning opportunities. Masouna is a Northern Virginia native and is currently pursuing her Masters in Public Administration, with a focus on nonprofit management, at George Mason University.
