Afifah Jehan supports the El-Hibri Foundation’s mission by developing and implementing efficient organizational systems. As a Certified Public Accountant, she is committed to creating scalable solutions that address challenges and make a lasting impact on institutions and communities.

Her career began with AmeriCorps City Year in Detroit, where she gained hands-on community engagement experience. Afifah then honed her financial management and operational expertise at Ernst & Young (EY) before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. At EHF, she ensures that operations align with strategic goals, driving growth and resilience for long-term impact. Afifah’s leadership is rooted in a deep passion for service and a vision for a more just and inclusive future for all.
