Nonprofit Retreats

EHF comes alongside a selection of nonprofit organizations in the sector to support them through annual board and strategy development retreats, providing support in research, meeting design, and execution.

EHF preparation for these strategy retreats includes in-depth research and analysis of organizational programming, structure, financials and growth trajectories, along with interviews of key organizational stakeholders. After synthesizing these findings, and in conversation with the leadership team of the organization, EHF designs a retreat tailored to the needs and desired outcomes of the organization.
